How will the doctor get her out? Just like Andrew? How did she get Andrew out? (he asked the doctor these things too)
Why are you going to the doctor again? Is it because you sleep all the time?

"How about we do double beds?" (Me on the couch and him on the floor with cushions and we share a blanket)
"You can just come up on the couch with me."
